🌅 Northern Coast: Tonbox
A coastal village known for its light- to tan-skinned Smooges, Tonbox is a festival-rich community known for music, airlight weaving, and lightcraft. Its temperate location just north of Sona Volcano gives it access to cooling ocean breezes and a vibrant fishing tradition. Many come here to learn the foundational communal songs of the Smooge oral tradition.
🌠 Eastern Shore: Bangla
Positioned directly along the Junostream, Bangla is bathed in nearly constant auroral light. The Alllor Smooges, known for their rich black skin, have adapted masterfully to this brightness, developing a natural RAD resistance and an aesthetic that glows like polished obsidian under auroral bursts. Bangla’s geometric clothing and light-mirroring adornments are highly regarded across Terra.
